General Information
Food
As this is an afternoon wedding, we recommend having lunch before attending. We will be providing a light afternoon tea of scones and pastries, and then an evening meal. The RSVP will allow you to share any allergies or similar requirements (eg, vegan).
Drinks
As well as drinks for the toast, we will be providing self-service hot drinks, water, squash and there will be fresh juice on the tables. If you would like a wider variety of drinks, there is a fully stocked bar available all day.
Gifts
A wishlist will be linked on the website at the request of a few people. This is not something that is expected or required in any way, we just want you celebrating with us on the day.
Timetable
Your invitation is for the whole event. We will start with the ceremony at 2pm. Then there will be an interlude whilst photos are taken. During this time you are welcome to wait in the barn, drink and chat (and we will also provide some games!). You can also visit the small animal area. Then we will have scones & speeches, a break and then later a barn dance and dinner.
Children
All invited children are a blessing and more than welcome. All we ask is that you supervise them, especially when the dessert table is out!
Attire
Please wear whatever you are comfortable in! The wedding is in a working farm and barn, so please bear this in mind. The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting. The barn is not fully enclosed, so can get cool later in the day, so consider some layers.
Parking
There is field parking available at the venue, which will be signposted through the normal café car park.
Accessibility
The venue has space to drop off people with limited mobility. Please speak to us in advance so that we can help you plan this. If you have any other accessibility requirements please let us know as early as possible.
